A 3D visualisation studio that develops stunning 3D interactive and pre-rendered applications.   When it comes to the wow factor nothing grabs attention quite like 3D so whether it’s to visualise a building, product or training need 3D has to be the most effective choice.

So, what’s behind the name?! Well FusedWorks is a talented team who are dedicated to developing eye catching 3D applications that promote our clients products and services to their full potential.  We are a fusion of individuals that has a wealth of  knowledge and commercial experience in product development, engineering, marketing, heritage and 3D modelling which means that from design concept through to advertising we can support our clients to ensure that new ideas, products and services are communicated to their full potential.
FusedWorks specialises in the following areas:

Interactive 3D Applications

Interactive 3D has particular benefit in visualising complex, large, or dangerous objects and scenes. Examples could be the workings of the inside of a computer or car engine, anatomy of the human body, health and safety on a building site to the workings of a nuclear reactor or the understanding of devices used on the deep sea bed.

3D for the web

3D for the web is becoming increasingly popular.  Some of the more common applications found on the web include 3D games, interactive 3D applications and pre-rendered 3D movies.

Fully Interactive:  Most web browsers now support the ability to move around and interrogate an object or scene. The user can zoom in and out, initiate functionality (such as revealing the components of an engine), and download information about the model or scene.

Pre-Rendered: Having created a model FusedWorks can also use this to render a web animation in the more traditional sense. An animation allows us to incorporate a full range of special effects as well as hotspots and menus, but follows a pre-arranged camera path (as opposed to an interactive application).

Immersive 3D

Immersive 3D is an impressive stereo experience whereby the viewer sees a model or scene in actual 3D.  The closer parts of the model appear to leap out of the screen and the further parts recede away. Stereo technology can be applied both to interactive models and pre-rendered animations. Its greatest benefit is that it presents the viewer with an intuitive understanding of models and scenes.

FusedWorks have over four years experience producing content for 3DTV display unit ’s such as the Phillips WOWvx 3d display, supplying both private and public sector companies with clients such as Polypipe, Sheffield International Venues and Augusta Westland to name but a few. We can also create bespoke software or interactive media for these types of display’s depending on our clients needs.
